PhD title

Conceptualising Patient- and Family-Centred Care for Young Adults with Hearing Loss and their Family Members.

PhD Project

This study is investigating the experiences and preferences for patient- and family-centred care from the perspective of young adults (16 – 25 years old) living with chronic hearing loss and their family members. Given that there is limited literature applying patient- and family-centred care for young adults with hearing loss, this holistic project will first explore the application of patient- and family-centred care for young adults with other chronic health conditions, before specifically investigating its application for young adults with hearing loss.
