Initially an English Teacher, Mo taught for 8 years in the United Kingdom in inner city London as well as the rather more ‘leafy’ Cambridge.  She was Second in Charge of the English Department and Deputy Head of Year when she decided to take a break from teaching, get married, move country and start over in the United States.

More recently, Mo has been a program coordinator for a National Science Foundation grant known as an IGERT at the University of Delaware. In particular, she was responsible for an active community outreach program, a summer undergraduate research program and the organisation of the student run international conference during the summer.
