Course Fees

Course fees include:

  • attendance at all sessions
  • a set of comprehensive Workshop Notes and other support materials
  • lunches, morning and afternoon refreshments
  • a cocktail reception on the first evening

Payment by cheque payable to HearWorks Pty Ltd or by credit card must accompany the registration form.

Direct employees of HEARing CRC Members may be eligible for member rates.

Bookings

Bookings are essential as each course will be strictly limited to ensure maximum benefit to participants. A minimum of ten participants is required to run each Workshop. If numbers fall below ten, the Workshop may be cancelled. In this case, those who have registered and paid will be given a full refund.

The surgical option is limited to a maximum of 12 places and bookings must be confirmed six weeks prior to the workshop.

Workshop participants are asked to complete the registration form, noting which dates and sessions they wish to attend (surgeons wishing to attend the Surgical/Temporal Bone Option of the Cochlear Implant Training Workshop should tick only that box).

Cancellations

Should you be unable to attend, a substitute from your organisation would be welcome. A full refund will be made for cancellations received in writing (or fax) 21 days prior to the Workshop.

If you should cancel 7-21 days before the Workshop, you will receive a set of Workshop notes and a 50% refund. Due to the restricted numbers, no refund can be made if notification is not received 7 days prior to the Workshop.
